Dosing with Nature’s Marvels™ Cartilage Bioregulator

• We recommend starting the Nature’s Marvels™ Cartilage Bioregulator with an initial daily dose over 10 days of 2 capsules per day.
• After the initial course, we then recommend a 3 monthly support and maintenance dosing regimen of 2 capsules per day for 10 days at a time.

Dosing should be gauged on individual need and response. There is no need to adjust based on sex or bodyweight.

There are no problems taking different peptides at the same time, as each one is specialised to different glands or organs. In some cases, the improvement of particular hormones could interfere with each other, so this should be monitored.
